ABOUT US

Impeccable Health Services & Quality Home Care is a locally owned care company serving Memphis and the surrounding area. Our dedicated team of professionals strive to bring experienced, compassionate care to the homes of those that need it most. Our iHelpers are trained to offer a variety of care services from companionship and light housekeeping to respite care and your care plan is customized for your needs.

Our Process

Impeccable accepts requests for services from any source including clients, family members, referrals from healthcare providers, and community referrals. Anyone may apply for services.

Our Mission

Impeccable Health Services & Quality Home Care provides quality personal support services to customers who want to stay at home despite a deterioration in functional independence or health. The agency targets this need wherever patients live. This agency works with clients' caregivers and other healthcare professionals to help them stay home and maintain independence. Due to this mission, Impeccable often provides support or respite as part of a client's healthcare or caregiving team. The agency supports primary caregivers and families in becoming better caretakers.

Application and Screening Process

In contrast to most caregivers who utilize a checklist of prerequisites, we opt for a comprehensive strategy. Many of our clients generally come from the same referral source. This may frequently involve a physician, nurse, caseworker, social worker, or even a family member of another client. This enables our skilled personnel to comprehend the specific requirements of the client and then draw an informed conclusion.

The Special-Needs Populations We Serve

We provide a wide variety of special needs housing options. Some of these include, but are not limited to:

  • Adult, over the age of 18
  • Experiencing difficulty with ADLs or IADLs
  • Experiencing cognitive decline
  • Experiencing decline in health or function due to chronic or acute illness/debility
  • Experiencing general weakness associated with infirm, debility, or age
  • Be able to provide a safe environment in which to receive care
  • Be "at risk" of needing a higher acuity of care unless he or she receives home support services
  • Be eligible to receive higher acuity care but elect to remain home instead
  • Have the support of his or her legal representative, if applicable.
  • Be a senior age 65 or over who needs a more moderate level of home care to prevent or delay the level of care provided in a skilled nursing facility.
